For some reason the evo scene is dead here bro. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I drive a 2011 ralliart and have seen a bunch of evos and a few other Ralliarts as well. I've asked many times on the forums about getting together or cruising or something, but no luck.

Im not even stateside so I couldnt cruise if I wanted too. Most people I know are always working or have school. I could barely get out for a cruise myself wen I was home. Maybe we can try for a big Evo cruise or meet sometime later this year. Joseph knows alot of Evos in El Paso. Try to message him and see if he can get you contact info of others who do meets and stuff.

When do you get back? We should definitely try to plan something. Joseph mentioned in a different forum that he recently had surgery so he's been kinda quiet lately.
