I just want to throw it out there that my engine guy said if you wash these studs and don't dry them completely right after, the water can cause the metal to become brittle.

Just food for thought.

These studs have worked well enough on my race car(so far, knock on wood)

I have MAP H11's in my car, and two other cars as well. Not a single issue.
Also, customer service has always been great with MAP, and I buy parts every 3/4 weeks.

Just my 2 cents....I will bump my post for people to realize MAP is terrible at customer service...They offer me the same deal " we can sell you another at cost". FYI you can at least get your money back just reverse charges with your bank. That is he only thing you can do is get your money back. For all those who got head studs from MAP and worked, well they should work cause that is what your paying for. But, for that one unfortunate person who got the defected stud, well that is why we are on here.
