ModzCity review: Evo X10’s car
Today, we’re highlighting an Evo X that was acquired from Sunnyside Mitsubishi Motors in Ohio. The owner’s screen name is Evo X10, and he’s owned the car for just over a year.
Graphite Gray Evo X on 18 x 9.5 Rota Grids
Before the Evo, his prior cars were a Honda Civic, a lifted Chevy Silverado, and a Nissan 300ZX, which he enjoyed very much. When he was deciding on a project car, AWD was crucial based on his location. The Evo won out over an STI based on the mod friendliness of the platform.
The car is currently riding on H&R lowering springs, but coilovers are currently on order to replace them. Under the hood is a full turbo-back exhaust from Turbo XS and MAPerformance 3.5″ intercooler.
MAPerformance handled the braking upgrades as well, with rotors, stainless steel brake lines, and Hawk Performance pads.
Aside from the coilovers, owner has planned a turbocharger upgrade and E85. It currently has an aftermarket clutch, and he’s ordered a better CMC as the stocker won’t hold up to the clutch.
The owner would like to thank PSK Performance, TPG Tuning and RRI INC for their help and support throughout the build.
