i know this thread is old but am wondering the same thing because i have one of my friends that wants to do some work to his lancer as well but i have not been able to find any sort of lips. this is probably one most neatly stanced lancers i've seen

 

lips are stock, they come on oz rally models

rims are an aggressive size of Rota Grids
