Its an automatic so the lurch forward is typical I think, my acura does it.

Are you talking about the engine moving when you switch to drive or reverse? Cause mines always done that. Nothing to worry about, if you want it to stop, you need to get new motor mounts or do diy ones from keeping the engine from shifting alot. Or are you talking about when you let off brake? Cause thats just cause your car is in gear so its automatically just gonna go. and replace your brake pads
