Hung up the sports cars and bikes for a commuter car...bought this abused OZ for cheap back in 2008. Since then I put on 60k miles and haven't dropped a dime into her except some tires, a new clutch, oil changes and a new cheap deck for my iPod. The lack of modifications was in stark contrast to my past rides...93 Supra NA-->TT, 240sx sr20, 05 636 carbon fibered out with bolt ons, etc.

Here she is when I got her. The pictures look better than how she really was. Lots of wear and scratches and fading in the paint and body.







Here is the car after 4 years...more hood fade, bad seats are worse...my poor back...the headlights are so bad that I could run brights and no one would complain lol.









So with 170k on the car I decided to finally put some money into the car, so I can ride her into the ground till she blows in another 3-5 years without her looking so beat up. List of mods:

-6k HID lights and silverstar turn signals
-k&n intake
-3m hoodwrap
-front bra
-grill
-badges
-iphone stand, integrated into my broken temp switch
-momo shift knob
-ralliart pedals
-whispbar roof rack
-new windshield, side mirror and tuneup

Plan on just tuning the car more and getting some new 15% tint all around and maybe some OZ floor mats.

Looks good. I believe its the first one I have seen with the bra. How much did you pay for the seats?

 

Thanks, the bra cleaned up the front some and I like the off road n all weather look. The seats were used for $500 with the rears hopefully getting sold because I like my fold down stock rears.

 

I like the new grille and lights..where did you get them and what brand?

 

Thanks. The grill I got used, but it is the ebay version...not the best version IMO; I like the one that has a little less size to the grill inlet. The ebay headlights just have the bulbs changed.
