Question how do I replace rear vent glass on sportback

some kids smashed the rear driver side vent glass on my sportback. I bought the glass already and am wondering if anyone knows the best way to install this myself.

So nobody knows how to replace the small triangular glass on the rear door? I'm assuming at this point I need to take the door panel off and remove the main door glass in order to put the replacement in.

Looks like it from the parts diagram in CAPS. Pull the inside panel, remove main glass, remove rear track for main glass. From there, you should be able to put in the new glass you have.

EDIT: added pic.
