Just mount the camera on a really long stick in front of your car, I don't see what's so hard about that.

use duct tape and tape a mop stick to the side of the bumper, then aim the camera slightly away and you won't have to photoshop it away

OK, I duct taped the mop handle to my bumper and mounted the camra. So now do I just roll my car down a hill, jump out of my car, run in front of it and push the button on the camra? What do you suggest?

just take the camera... get out of the car... roll it down a hill... and take pictures as it flies down into a ditch, crashes, and explodes in fire

or you can fly by a photo-radar detector and get your photo taken... or at least of your license plate...

You'll need a second stick for this. Using the second stick, reach out your window and use it to push the shutter button.

In order for this to work, it MUST be done going at least 85mph down a bumpy dirt road.
