i plan on getting a body kit sometime during the summer and have some ?'s for those who have already gotten them:

1-how long does it take to install and paint?
2- does any custom body shop do it? can a mitsu dealership install it?
3-where do you find the exact paint match? where do u get the paint? does the shop order it from mitsu?
4-whats the average price a shop charges to install & paint?
5-if the car is being worked on, what do you do now since you cant drive around?
6-is there anything i have to let the shop know? regarding any changes to the car (if any) that have to be done before the kits installed?
7-does anything need to be done before its installed? after?

1. to install it may vary if it fits good it wont take long. just have to slap on some brackets and support it.
2. yes body shops will do it, prices + time will vary also, depending on the quality of the body shop. i dont know if mitsu can do it, if they can it will probably be worth more.
3.go to a car body/paint shop they mechanically mix the paint code of your choice.
4. to install can range from 200-400 and paint can vary from 200-700 also depending on quality.
5. if you have no life, stay at home. if you are "hot" and im sure you'd have a lot of friends, make them take you out because your getting your car done.
6. ???
7.they'll do everything. unless told so in instructions???

6.Depending on the kit, there are some kits that require removing bumper supports, I think it's accolades evo 8 kit. Some Places won't do it some will.
