Please send me your order number as well,
I will try to best to dispatch it ASAP.
Sorry this is not vendor bashing, but i am just posting few insults we had when they released the kit. If they released the kit without insulting anyone it would not have been a problem. but it made us very sad, so i am just posting few posts as a eye opener. GOD BLESS AMERICA -

You guys will see when you get the first kits, they are not cheesy like a $400-500 kit. That is all I can say.

When they made the kit, they didn't have the rebar in because it was on the turbo RA, so the intercooler was there, so what i had to was shave off the inside about a 1./4 of an inch. But its perfect now!!! My pictrures will be up tomorwo morning.
edit: i went to install my last peice, rear bumper.. WARNING: They forgot to mention a few things. All the brackets inside the stock bumper and poppers and ****, need to be fitted to the RRM bumper... Sounds easy, but its not, the stock bumper has little like holes that sick out an inch so the screw doesnt go through the bumper. the RRM does not. I have not figure out a solution yet, if anyone has installed this kit or maybe rob, yuou can help me out

Like I said call me EV-SLO. If there is no way it is going to fit to your satisfaction, we will replace them. EASY and done. As for ACCOLADE, you guys are ridiculous, AGAIN and AGAIN! I will be reporting your unprofessional behavior to ADMIN. Thanks for showing your colors AGAIN!

Body kits should be left to the pros, they aren't lego they don't just snap on and away you go they take modification.
Boe why worry about it, the guy already has the kit what does it matter.

I don't see the problem - if someone recieves a service, it's up to them to determine if they should take their business elsewhere.
I'm sure the customer can make his own call.

The only reason i say anything is it's easy to pm a guy saying sorry about your issues but we can help. It's unprofessional for another vendor to approach a customer publically in that way. It would be like me going into the 20 sum complaint posts on accolades kits and saying "contact RRM and they'll get you fixed up!"
This customer posted a complaint... RRM posted to resolve the issues. After reading and other customers posting it seems like maybe the body kit was more than this customer was ready for. Either way though RRM is standing behind the product 100%. To attack them and coerse a customer is trully unethical and unprofessional.
Oh well... enough on that. Just felt it could have been handled better by Accolade.
