Help me out guys. I'm getting bored and want to do more mods, but want to avoid any suspension and emissions related mods because I don't want to argue with the dealership God forbid I need to make any warranty claims.

I have eyelids, rims, MIVEC decals, bulb upgrades.

I'm debating: vortex generator, evo steering wheel, shift knob, OEM white sport gauges, front grill.

What do you think? Anything else you can think of that are "show and shine" in nature?

You could get the fabric re-done on the seats in leather and have "ralliart" or "mitsubishi" stitched in. Your local dealership should be able to do it and also warranty it for you so you won't have to worry. Also check with your dealership, some offer CIA's and exhaust systems that they will install and won't void your warranty since its a part they offer as an upgrade.

I envy you guys in Canada that actually have dealerships that do this. I don't know of dealer in this region that would do such a thing. Thanks for your advice though.

Aren't our gages already white???

I say go with the grilles first (or mod them yourself) then if you can afford the steering wheel I think it's the best mod you can do to your interior. When you feel that wheel in your hands you don't want to go back to your stock wheel afterwards...

The only concern I have is with how people say that it gets really cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Do you have that problem up in Buffalo?

Okay, I get it now!

Yeah, they're a bit expensive but they really look good. Do you have to relocate the HU or does it fit in the lower cubby hole?

you can put the sport gauges in the lower cubby, or you can re-locate your head unit there and put the gauges where the stereo was. IMO gauges look better where the head unit is.

Thumbs up

They surely do... and I really like how the HU looks so easy to reach when it's in the lower spot. It really looks like you can reach it just by extending your fingers when they rest on the shifter!

check out these two websites;
www.mitsubishipartsstore.com
www.mitsubishiparts.net

Here you'll find all kinds of stuff you can purchase to customize inside and out of your car. If you get the sport meter gauge kit, you'll require the 'cd changer install kit'. Sport meter kits are about 10 bucks cheaper on mitsubishipartsstore.com and the install kit is a few bucks cheaper as well. Vortex generator is 10 bucks cheaper there as well. Other parts are pretty comparable in price. Enjoy.
