Exactly. Painting along the lines of the hood flows much better than creating a paint line on eyelids.

i guess i just have different taste than most of the people on here. I am not saying his hood is ugly, but i wouldl definately not want it on my car. The lines of his paint flow very well with the body of the car, but i just dont think it looks good. I guess to everyone there own.

Well for one thing a CF hood is more than just a mod for looks. You are dropping a ton of weight. Not everyone feels the need to have a black hood that from far away looks like you got a temp one from the junk yard.

I think it's the way his hood is painted that makes it look much better than most CF hoods I've seen on light colored cars. It kinda blends it in, makes the car look racy... it almost changes the lines of the car a bit, it looks more agressive. I'm with big dog on that one, most CF hoods look like a replacement part you got after an accident. This one, it flows with the car. This is only my opinion though, and I understand you may see things differently...

This car is awsome ,its perfect .I like everything on this one ,even the evo wing that I always think looks big for the r/a this time looks ok! The wheels are the way I have thinking for my car , and the interior have the right color I like for mine.
The hood its ok! most people paint the stock one with the outer border black and this guy did it diferent and beatifull. I personally dont like the color of the CF on the hood it looks like it comes from the junker . You did it great bro! congrats to u!
