rewiring side marker light

years ago on my mirage i installed side marker lights but spliced into the parking light instead of blinker. was considering on my lancer rewiring them. wondering if anybody knew where the wire ran to for the side marker light. would like to switch the side marker light and parking light so i didn't have the contant orange at night.

to actually answer your question, the side marker lights run in thru the drivers side kick panel, way in the back. If you open up your door and shin a light into the fender, you will see where they run. There is onyl one grommet that runs into the fender on the drivers side kick panel...

I changed the bulbs in my front/side markers to clears looks 10x better that way!!! yellow on all the time looks cheap... I was considering swapping the front turn signale location with the side markers but preffered the "further appart" look of the clear front side markers!
