New Low light shot...
New Low light shot...
and a few others as well

My new luminics Arctic White 6000k...

I repainted the dash again... this time filling all the knicks and scratches and crappy spots with filler primer... and then covered with a light clearcoat

if the mods want to they can close my other thread on my painted dash pieces...

maybe a little bit of both...lol
actually the camera has a low light setting... the shutter stays open longer to recieve whatever light source it can... whether it be an actual source of light or just a reflection..
that pic was taken with only my parking lights on... since the "Fire" seems to go up means that when i trying to hold the camera still I moved it down sometime during the period when the shutter was open..

You just have to change the shutter speed. On more expensive cameras you will have the option to hold the shutter open as long as you want. That's how peopel get those pictures of a city scene with everything in focus except the cars wizzing by. You need to be using a tripod to get a good effect though. Otherwise everything will get blurred from your hands shaking. It's also best to do it in low light situations because since you are letting more light in (longer shutter time) you are exposing the film alot. If you do it during the day you will have a really bright picture that may not come out at all.

its actually truck, van and suv paint... I think its called vibrant metallic silver or something like that... its the closest color i could get to match the exterior...
and it is actually a little lighter than the car... but it looks better than the fake carbon look
