Great pic, but I think neons are pretty tight as long as you have a good enough car to put them on. (Besides rice, all rice glows). I have a blue neon in my grill, but thats as far as Ill go for exterior. Now the interior thats a whole different story. He is somewhat right though, anyone who races on the streets will flame you bad if they see them. trust me I know.
