Using spare tire area

You should do the entire trunk if you can, wheel well included. Dynamat deadens sound waves and makes the bass blend and sound more natural. The more you have the better and more natural you subs will sound.

I have both of my amps under my seats, 4 channel under the passenger, two channel under me, and a fire extinguisher under the passengers legs just in case

I was thinking about that... Just doing the whole thing... I was also thinking about making a box in the spare tire area for the amps themselves and then putting the subs somewhere else in the trunk... Then I run into air space, but that's not a hard issue to find a solution for... Then of course there is the spare tire issue, where to put that...

I know I saw someone on here who had actually moved where they stored their spare... I'm not sure who it was, but it was an awesome design! Either that, or yeah just get AAA, LOL!

My brother took out the spare in the Daihatsu Charade he had in the mid 90's and filled it with a biiig speaker- crank the bass and it could have set off car alarms easily :-)

wow i thought my dad was the only one with that car^ he used it when he was making long commutes to upstate for business meetings to get better gas mileage.
