^Thanks! The dude I did it for loved it and he got one of his friends to swing by to get his grill done as well.

Super easy to do just follow the 04 diy's and make sure you have a dremel and some good body filler (two part), none of that glazing putty.

 

i just want to know how do i remove my grill without having to take the bumper off... or is that the only way?

It's held in place by plastic tabs... you have to pry at them. They're not that hard to take out...

That grille from the first 2 photos is european model, I have it on my Lancer in Romania.

 

I'd had a go before, removed some tabs, pop studdy things and some screws but the bugger didnt want to let go. but maybe in the next couple days if i have the time I will give it another go. I'd much prefer an Evo IX'ish recesssed mesh grill look
