Fair enough - did you notice that when the interior is stock it is supposed to look black but when you actually paint pieces like you have the new painted parts are actually black and the rest of the interior has a dark grey look to it... found that interesting but yes it does look more sharper and more refined look about it...

how do you think that would look if you did it the same color as your car? per say cool silver? you think it would be too contrasty? (i think someone with a red ra should do that in red and have the red and black look...)

What otter said.

Yours looks nice, you did a great job on it. It's just not the finish I would have chosen for my own car.

Just out of curiosity, the Evo has carbon fiber pieces where we have the silver faux trim, does any one know if it could be swaped? I pretty sure that from the pics I saw that they looked like they would fit, but wasn't positive. I also was not sure if that was OEM on the Evo or if it was aftermarket and where you would get them if they were aftermarket.

The Evos have the same crap we do. The only way to get CF ones is to buy aftermarket. Both overlays and wrapped pieces are available in the $300 range.

i did mine in an evening, allowing them to dry over night and they came out perfect. paint quality is a big factor in the final product. i used the black pearl that walmart sells from house of kolor.... i think it looks wonderful. i dont want to steal this guys thread though
