There is a oem ralliart lip kit on ebay cheaper than it will be to just get a new rear lip, but it comes in white or black primer. I was thinking about painting it black or ralliart red for a two town look since pear white paint is expensive. I have a white lancer with black rims, I was also thinking about a black spoiler. What do you think or can someone photo art the ideas lancer for me?

I think black and white would contrast too much but I think there's an evo with a black lip kit on a wicked white color.

But you're saying you're going to spend $xxx.xx to buy an oem lip kit off ebay which is primered black. Then you're going to take it to the paint shop, having all 4 parts painted black (or red etc), sanded, clearcoated and installed and you're saying all that is cheaper than getting just the rear piece painted pearl white?? Also prepping the white spoiler for black paint would cost more too...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but do you understand my reasoning? In the end its your money, I'm just saying think of the overall costs before you say something is cheaper. I think it would look cool in a different color that doesn't create as much of a contrast but yea that's just me.

 

could you put pictures of dogs in the window too? then you can say your going for the dalmation theme.

 

Wheres the love? I dont want to screw around with a body kit, the stock front looks good, but the rear is ugly. A new rear lip through the dealership is over $450 but its hard to convince them to seperate it from the kit, accolade wants $350 for an unpainted fiberglass one, or I can get the whole ralliart lip kit for $430 shipped to my door. I can paint it myself and have someone else clear coat it or just take it to maaco and do the prep work myself. I wouldnt use an ugly ralliart wing, I'm gonna buy a evo wing. Im gonna be an idividual on this one.

 

First off, these have all been done. There are pics of a red RA with a black lip on here somewhere. If I can find them I will post the thread up. Secondly there are plenty of RAs running around with a EVO wing. Just a little FYI, unless you find someone with a EVO selling there wing, the wings sold on ebay ect are not real carbon fiber. Also if you can paint your car then you should be able to clear coat it also. I am not nocking your ideas or anything but just stateing the facts. Get some pics of your car up and someone might be able to photo shop your idea in.
