Installing the projectors is the easy part as long as they're plug and play and you're not installing HID bulbs... the hard part is taking off the bumper and putting it back on without scratching your paint if you're doing it by yourself like me....

 

which is exactly why i havent got some projectors yet! haha

 

Do it!!! and get HIDs also! It makes the car look THAT much sweeter ;P

Okay I need your help ASAP... trying to install my HIDs and my lights are H7... lots of problems
can you please tell me which lights are for what and when they are on from you picture?



Looking at the left headlight (passenger) Please tell me what your daytime lights are, parking, and nightlights are... also when you start your car, without touching anything what lights are on? when turning the notch to the middle (parking) what lights are on, and the last notch (night) what lights are on? Also please include the highbeams and halos...

I spliced my wires for my headlights inorder for them to fit, but I think I got some mixed up because now my HIDs don't get enough power... Thanks!

 

I have the clear side reflector projectors too, so mine aren't identical to yours (you have a bulb behind the amber reflector...IIRC)

So from your pic...left to right:
Turn signal - low-beam (w/halo) - high beam - parking light (wired w/ halos)

I have an '05 too...when I start it, nothing is on (no DRL). First notch on the light switch, the halos and parking lights come on. Second notch (full on), the low beams, halos, and parking lights are on.

what!? yes this helps... but when u start no DRL? doesn't the stock headlights have them? something is wrong with mine...

when i start the car my highbeam lights are on, first notch, halos parking and highbeams (get brighter)... then last notch lowbeams, parking, halos, and the highbeams (still same brightness).. then when i put on the actual high beams, everything is off except for the highbeams which are REALLY bright... id have to double check this...

 

05's don't have DRLs....

h7's are the ones inside the halos and the h1s are the lights that are the ones in the chrome reflector bowl... my when my parking lights are engaged the small innermost lights as well as the lights inside the reflector are active
