yeah, its the home depot lip. Looks ****ty now, scraped it going up an incline on a driveway, right before the pics.

probably not. im working that morning til like 3pm that and i probably wont have my wheels done by then since i dont think imma get the tires this friday like i planned

He's saying that your wheels are sunk into the wheel wells. If you threw on some 10-15mm spacers(I'm guessing) it would look better/flush.
