insomniac_evo hey where can i get a steering wheel like that, beacause i was gonna order a sparco onebut my mom does'nt want me to have a steering wheel without an airbag. HAHAHAHA it sucks but oh well you know how moms are. Well thanks alot man. steering wheel looks good

yeah thats one sweet looking steering wheel, and yeah by the picture it didn't look like it had a airbag in it, awesome stuffs, post some pics after you get it installed to see how it looks in the car

oh yeah it does have air bags guys that is the steering wheel that comes in the evo8 and it does nhave an airbag

Just so everyone knows, that wheel cast about $1200 for the wheel and the colum. I thought of putting that wheel in my RA about a month ago and went to the dealler and had it priced. I was told i would need the stearing colum too cause the cruse isn't on the EVO wheel like it is the RA. There was something else too about the conversion but I can't remember.

Let us know what happen.

i think i asked kontra and some other dude who has the wheel, they said it s a direct fit in, but we'll lose the cruise, seldom use it in vancou, i use it more when i was in LA

Did anyone find out if the air bag still worked when it was installed on a RA? Dont know how you would know til its too late but just wondering.

Not a bad deal..who needs cruz anyway unless you are traveling then it does you no good...and as for the air bag i hope you never have to test it out

can anyone post a link to a site where i can purchase this wheel because i would like one very badly. I want a race type looking wheel but i dont want to give up my airbag this wheel is perfect in that case. thanks again guys.

buy it from a mitsu dealer, I think someone said it is 1200, I don't think you are going to get a much better deal unless you find one from an evo owner. You could also try a junkyard.
