Unhappy Help

So i just got a Viper719 alarm this afternoon, i love. but any way. i just got in my car turned on the headlights and no dash illumination. no guage cluster, and no climate control lights either. the shop doesn't reopen until 2morow morning and i have to drive tonught. i have checked the fuse, and the dimmer switch. no luck. does anyone know what the problem might be. it is starting to get old switching on the dome light to see what speed i am going? any reasonable suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, I had this problem when the shop installed my alarm. I drove home and didn't realize this happened until I had to go to Walmart and buy formula for my daughter. Anyways, all he did was take out the dashboard where he installed the red LED and he plugged the wire back into the Illumination controll (its that little controll you can decrease or increase the dash board light). That was all he did and all the lights came back on.

I thought it was the fuses but it wasn't. Its just a wire not plugged into the illumination...controller..thing...

Hope this helps! good luck.

You know, bring it back to the shop you installed your alarm from, and make them plug it for you. Make sure you dont pay for it, cuz its their fault on not plugging everything else back right.

PS: Make them give u a special discount on your next visit or something for your inconvience...
