Just put this on a couple days ago, I got it painted off ebay and total cost plus shipping came to $340, i got it from "exotictruck_auto" or something like that. They did an EXCELLENT job of painting it too. I recently ordered some 17" exel TZ-10 rims so it should blend in better. (The car is filthy btw )

It isnt REAL carbon fiber if thats what you meant, but yes it looks like cf

 

sick so for $340i could get a yellow evo 8 wint (my railart is yellow) and it woud be painting with the little carbon fiber evo 8 wing .. hmmm have u compared your wing to a evo 8's wing ? hmm that do u think intake or wing??

 

o yeah , and dose your wing rattle, because i heard when your playing your music loud , the wing rattles , so is this true?

Here is a pic of my EVO 8 style wing. It has the carbon fibre insert and doesn't rattle at all with the tunes pumped. Next is a Injen CAI , Flowmaster exhaust and hopefully next year a RRM turbo.

 

You must still have a stock stereo system because the carbon fiber wings do rattle a little if you got a real system in the trunk.
If the car in that picture is the "filthy" one I wish mine was that filthy all the time :P

Yeah, 340 with shipping and they do an excellent job of painting it, it comes with all the instructions and was a breeze to put in, it just required drilling holes in the trunk but i was fine with that. As far as the rattling in concerned, i have the sun and sound package and have yet to hear anything rattle.

I do have the stock system, not a big fan of the heavy aftermarket stuff that only slows the car down. I wouldn't even have carpet if it didn't come with the car. My wing is not the aftermarket design but the Original Mitsu one and the fit and finish are structuraly and physically different, mine is solid ! with set screws between the carbon fibre and the painted portions, as well as gaskets between the wing and the body to prevent that vibration sound from the bass.
