Nobody here can't or should'nt tell you what yu should do with your car. Why???? Because it's your car and you are going to be the one living with your desition. People can help you adn/or give your opinion, but my friend if you are asking wether or not you should turbo your car, you are telling me you have no idea what you are talking about. Read, Search, Learn pros and cons of all the avilable mods. After that create your own opinion and then, only then ask for ADVISE, not wether or not you should turbo or not your car.

BTW there is another thread discussing this subject in the turbo section. "SEARCH"

^^^...Sir: did you have some kind of crisis in your life? That ain't funny! LOL

71...don't pay attention to him....he is cause he don't have the money to Turbo his car like you... (me neither now...I used the 3k that got saved for it for payments of the car and stuff...it sucks to be jobless!

So far the only Turbo Auto RA that I heard of is a custom job down here in PR with about 300whp....there is also the RIPP Supercharger AUTO kit (around 220whp or somethig like that) and the Road Race AUTO kit (not tested yet: ???whp) and the RPW (still testing the manual kit...no AUTO tester yet).

In total you have 4 options for FI in a RA:

1) Custom Turbo +280
2) RIPP SC +/- 220
3) RRM Turbo ???
4) RPW Turbo ???

If I were you I would wait until the RPM and the RPW are tested and running: then you can have a better view of all the options available for your RA. Good luck!

The lag on auto turbo cars is the worst... obviously no launching which is the best part

yeah i'd probably start snatching up other proven performance parts from RRM... like the ECU piggyback and CAI.

Turbo for the Ra is doable. We have a variation for the auto. Figure 230 h.p. Just looking for the right guy. OTherwise go the ususal N/A route with piggy, header, intake. Just depends on your budget.

hoping by march or so ill be the guy. just ill have to get it tuned here in NY and send you a copy of the map. i like road trips but 3000mi is a little more then im up for.

I heard the guy from Canada may come down again..? which would be cool b/c i in some ways dont want to be the first since i wont have it installed and setup by RRM. once they do one and its shipped pretuned ill feel alot better about getting it.

if you go turbo on a automatic make a custom converter and the launch will be the least of your problems...

I would agree but I was joking.

There are like 3 threads down below that are questions about a turbo on the auto. Which led to my enthusiasm about the intake.
