16g turbo

so i recently found 2 16g turbos pulled from separate 90's eagle talons. I wanted to see if this turbo can be used in the 04 ralliart, im sure it can since that is the kit rrm sells. I was also hoping to find out what other essential parts i would need to acquire in order to assemble a full working turbo setup.

The old eagle talons - I thought they were 14b. I don't feel that either one is a good choice for the ralliart. I have been a passenger in a few rrm kits and that snail feels a bit laggy but still not a bad choice. Since I haven't really gotten the chance to "tune" one I can't really give a full opinion on it. I've tuned a few cars with really bad choices...

GT2860 .63ar too small
GT2876r .86ar nice punchy street turbo but still the exhaust is too small for 2.4l
GT307xr (don't remember the specs 100%) really nice choice.
gt3582r nice big turbo choice lag was present but acceptable.
t3/t04b good choice depending on the wheels chosen
t3/t04b same
t3/60-1 hybrid like the gt3582r with a bit more lag.

That's all I can recall... been really busy this year.
