Update on RPW Ralliart Model Products

Well as everyone knows RPW has started its development on the ralliart model lancer vehicles. Below is a list of what products we are working on and the eta on when we expect them to be completed. This is being helped by a local customer of ours buying a car and leaving it with us for approx 3 weeks to do all the testing on. Some dyno reports will be available but not all cause I ain't going to go to the dyno 30 times over three weeks.

RPW Race Spec header and downpipe kit - self explanatory. Long 4-1 headers, and down pipe for direct fitment with optional high flow cat converter and all O2 sensor positions. - ETA approx 4 - 5 weeks

RPW Big Bore 65mm throttle bodies - replace stock with a relacement bolt on 65mm unit with inbuilt eletronics for fly by wire. ETA - Approx 5 - 7 weeks

RPW Replacement manifolds with internal ram tubes etc - larger 100mm plenum chamber, better flow design with internal ram tubes. ETA - approx 5 - 7 weeks

RPW Thermoblock manifold and tb gaskets - reduce heat soak. ETA Approx 3 - 5 Weeks

RPW Ralliart camshaft and valve spring pakage - need we say more. turbo, NA and Supercharger profiles will be available. ETA Approx 7 - 8 weeks

Greddy e-manage wiring and tuning installation packages - ETA 4 - 6 Weeks

RPW Cold Air Induction kits - ETA 4 - 6 weeks

RPW Upgraded air flow meter / hot wire sensor - still to be confirmed application on vehicle. But based on research done to date large possibility of some options here with a much larger unit. I have been researching on the Mitsubishi Outlander which is being co designed at the same time.

RPW Turbo Kits - turbo manifolds and dump pipe packages will be developed at the same time as our header kits ETA 4 - 6 Weeks

This is the stuff off the top of my head the main items we will be developing. ETA are approximate but give you an idea of the time frames we are planning on working within.

If people have any other requests on other specific products let me know and we can look at developing them at the same time.

Wow!!! By far the most agressive performance line-up I've seen for the RalliArt!

Can't wait to see final products!

I think (not 100% but about 90%) the manifold in question is the intake mani and the "ram tubes" are what we Yanks call intake runners. I may be wrong but I think that's what he means.

On a side note, I'm VERY interested to know a little more about your emanage wiring kit? Is it a jumper to go between the stock wiring harness and the ecu or something else? If it's a jumper harness then sign me up and let me know what maps you might have or want! I'll gladly map (for you) you tuesday for a base map today! I've had an emanage and a laptop waiting for well over 6 months to be installed in a factory harness friendly way. Please tell me it's a jumper harness!?!?!?!?!

Thanks for all the other products as well!!! It's good to have an alternative source for parts, it means things can only get better!

I just did some quick quotes on shipping from Australia to San Diego, CA assuming a 10lbs part worth $300 and a 4-5 day delivery.

FedEx: $150
UPS: $200
USPS: $60

Wow, I hope they offer USPS rates!!!
