need clutch advice

Lately my clutch has been acting strange. I do not know alot about this stuff so I cannot accurately explain what is happening. BUT, when I depress the clutch pedal, shift into 1st and start letting the clutch out, the car lurches, bumps whatever and feels terrible. I now have to pretty much hold it in where it grabs and accelerate harder than usual to avoid this. I sometimes chirp the tires when I go and that is just trying to accelerate normally from a light or whatever. Everthing else shifting and tranny wise seems perfect. This problem happens moreso when it is cold but seems like it is now lasting well into any drive. I am not a noob as far as manual trannies go, this is my 4th stick and my RA I bought new and it now has 30,000 miles on it.
On a visit to the dealer for an oil change probably 10,000 miles or so ago I had them check it and they said it is working perfectly. This is starting to make me doubt my ability to drive the car but that's not it. Any ideas? Any help appreciated- thanx.

I have sort of an issue like this, I find first gear can be a pain, I'm not sure if it is the restrictor or the flimsy mounts. Either way I'l lbe finding out shortly.

It's clutch chatter, I have it too. Goes away when my clutch warms up, though. Removing the restrictor and filling your motormounts makes the issue almost completely go away.

Let your clutch out a little more slowly in first and it won't do that, too.
