Should only need the clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and a little grease. You can get an OEM throwout bearing from Mitsubishiparts.com for either $21 or $35, depending on which kind you get. One is probably metal center and the other plastic. Plastic center is less likely to chew up the shaft it slides on. Remove the old bearing, and clean up the shaft. Put a little grease on that shaft when you install the new bearing.

what do you think the avg lifetime difference will be between the plastic and metal, unless you have no idea at all?

T.o. from the dealer but you may not need one. Call us, ask for Gabe. I think we can get T.O. from the dealer for a little bit cheaper than most.

I'd for sure do the T.O. at the same time, no point to doing all that work just to maybe have to do it again in a few months because now the bearing is worn out.

As well, You might want to do the Pilot bearing to, it should be pretty cheap, and I know that when I did my clutch on the Merk I never even thought it until the time came to put the new clutch in and found that it was worn out.

Lifetime of the bearing I believe is about the same. You should change it every time you change your clutch. 20 or 30 bones is worth it to not have to drop the tranny a second time to replace it after you get the new clutch in.

The potential for input shaft damage is greater on the metal one.

you may want to think to do the stainless steel clutch line as well. I've heard it helps the clutch feel a little stronger since it bypasses the restrictor thingy. Ralliart and Restrictor shouldnt be used in the same sentence.
