so im new...

hey im new to the forum i know i should search the forum for related things to what im about to ask but i would like better advice than i might find
ok im in the process of buying a 06 pearl white ralliart and was wanting to know what would be the best intake(cold air) and manifold(if there is any other than rrm) out there

There's a thread in the stickies that you should read, first. As for the manifold, RRM is the only company that has them with a core exhange. PPI will port them, but they don't have cores at this point.

only other guys i know of that make the manifolds right now is paradigm motorsports.


as for intakes if you drive stick injen aem and RRM make them and everyone will tell you theirs is best. but RRM has the best customer support and i think theirs is also a little less $$ if i remember right.

EDIT while typing this otter answered. so with paradigm hes right no core swap which would suck since you're in TX.

i was lookin on aem and injens site and i saw no 06 ralliart cold air intake?
am i just not looking at it right or do the 05 work to?
ive looked at alot the post and threads and rrm seems to be the top dog on here im new to this so i know nothing about lancers...i know alot about civics
on the exhaust i dont want a raspy bottlecan sound so what rrm or other branc is good for a nice deep sound?

If you just want a deep sound that's louder than stock, get RRM's axleback or have a magnaflow welded on (part # is around the site somewhere.) As for intakes, just go with RRM's. Injen's is crap and I think AEM's is more expensive.
