Installed My B&M Short Shifter

Hi all

I've just finish to install my Short Shifter form B&M.
First, the only give you the shifter, not the entire assembly ( like RPW Rally). Secondly, you need a shifter retainer (the top part of the assembly) since you cannot take it out of your old shifter.

For the shifter retainer, I just cut in half my old shifter

Anyway let's go with the before and after pic:

Now my appreciations:
I really like this shifter. It's now a lot more firm and you can see that's shorter than the stock one.

looks good , you can remove that plastic spacer and drill the knob about a half an inch and get it about an inch shorter still , thats what I did...

Well thank you for the info, It's good to know, so "in a few months" I'll be able to go an inch shorter
