Hi does the Lancer Ralliart has dynamic ignition system???
like toyota and honda and some brands of cars??
Dynamic ignition system = the ecu is constantly monitoring the knock sensor looking for any knock on the engine, so it can advance the max ignition it can with out any knock if it detects knock it goes back a few degrees and then try to advance again, this is will have the engine with the most possible timing advance ever
it works something like that

Up to a certain canned timing value, yes. It won't go higher than that for the most advance possible, but it does adjust for knock, and adjust again as soon as the knock goes away.
