That "kit" is no longer in production. As RalliDew already stated, Ripp only sells the tuner package now without all their electronics, which means you have to buy your own. However as Raikiri stated above me, that would be the smarter albeit more expensive choice. I've been on club4g and even people running Ripps kit with their own electronics have had reoccuring problems.

yep thats the kit i have, less everything but the supercharger, and by the looks of it its not self contained lubricated, it has ports for oil feed and drain. And for that sandwich plate, would that not only be for a pressure or feed line?

They will have recurring problems. As Hackish has said and I and can testify from first hand knowledge only 2 things work for fuel management a stand alone or a reflash. The car is too smart and will pick up on any change that its not programmed to do. I had the FIC on my car and at first it fueled properly for a week and then it started to lean out and go into limp. So far with the reflash the car runs as if it was meant to from the factory its night and day from a reliability stand point. Sorry to sound like a pimp for Hack but he is really on to something here.

Side note his reflash can be adapted for the the supercharger kit and plans are in place to make this a reality.......

pics would help alot man...

and the plate will supply oil but tbh for the return ive never put it back into the plate i dont think it will work that way . but a line to drain back into the oil pan is alot easier then a feed line...

do you have the brackets for it also, cause those are really important for the application and function of it all. im referign to the part that bolts to the block and has the clamp type things for the shaft.

If hackish can really adapt the reflash for the supercharger, thats going to not only bring in the dough for him, but probably a lot more people will be more comfortable with buying a RIPP SDS as well. The future just got interesting, eh? Until then though zebra4, get all the parts together you need, just dont install it!

I sure hope he can. I should hopefully have all the parts gathered/made in the next couple months.

dont let someone "rigg" somthing for it have them make it properly its very important that it is strong and perfectly alinend with the belts and doesnt move... it will be the second most important part in the whole kit other thank engine management.

In case of what you got its best to stick with the " go big or go home" mind set

Question:
What material is the Ralliart oil pan made of?
I phoned my local shop to talk to him about tapping my oil pan for the oil return and he said depending on the material (aluminum or steel) he would need to drop my pan and install a nut on the back of the fitting (if aluminum). If steel no worries.
Thanks
(i would check myself but my car is parked quite the drive away for the winter from where i live)

just an FYI cause i made the mistake on my Lancer....you are not tapping into the black oil pan at the bottom of the motor....but what that attaches too (right above it). i really wish i had a pic to explain....or maybe you understand better than i did. and it should be made out of steel. but im not 100% sure....

Yes, steel. Best way to do it is remove, dill, put a fitting on and weld the fitting. I usually use an NPT thread because it's easiest to get fittings for that.
