Regarding your fans the problem is your fan module, you need to change it before it dies on you completely( it's been discussed a lot, do a search).
Regarding your lights seems like you have a short somewhere. Now you are saying that they flicker when the fans are turning on and off so I would start checking the wires from the fans to the module, make sure they are not striped.

worry about the fan controller first then worry about the lights...

my car used to do that...then i changed the box and it went away..
the clock, stereo, dash, headlights, etc would all get dim and brighten back up with the fans turning on and off...

since the fans are turning on full speed constantly it puts a bigger load on the electrical system and uses more power than needed, wich takes power away from other things like the lights and makes them dim out or flicker...

get the module then if u still have an issue ask again...takes like 5 mins to put it in...u need a flat screwdriver(to help pry out the connectors) and a 10mm wrench(for 2 screws holding it in) if i remember correctly...

Mine did the same thing. I replaced the fan control module and it went away. The problem is that while you're driving the fan turns on and off much more than it should and when it starts up it draws more power than when it's running...thats what makes your lights dim.

yes i did...just like wat nekkidlad said
it was the fan causing it but now got to fix my wheel bearing i think...cuz now like every bump i go over there is a crunk noise on the front driver side...n when i push on the gas i could feel like a pulling noise under it....just when u gas it ...i think its a bad bearing or something loose..idk

if its a bearing it shouldnt make a bump noise unless its REALLY bad...
it should make a groaning/rumbling noise and when u turn it should sideload....(that is when u turn one way it gets better and the other way it turns worse)

one way to check it is jack the car up so the wheel is off the ground and grab the coil springwith one hand while spinning the tire with the other if you feel a vibration the bearing is bad...also you can shake the wheel(just wiggle it dont turn the wheel as if u were with the steering wheel...if it doesnt just shake its good if it does its bad...and make sure the steering wheel is not locked or u may find a "bad tierod" when there isnt one)...plus this also checks for tierod and ball joint play...

looking straight at the wheel :
if u shake it up and down and theres play its most likely a ball joint...
if u shake it left to right and theres play its most likely a tierod...
if u shake it diagonally and theres play is most likely a bearing...

clunk is usually loose hardware in the suspension...or a worn mount, or something is broken...
