Exclamation Camshaft rollers/followers

Does anyone know, or have a spare head to go and find out, what the camshaft roller/follower diameters are (measurements best found using a caliper) ?

See my thin red circles below for more clarification:

If you know, please PM me (not sure if this is something that can be replied to in topic or not)

If this can be found online, please link me!

I have yet to open my engine up but I'm reeeally going to need to know this by Wednesday next week.

Thanks for your help d00ds.

Well I have a few heads and a caliper. The problem is it's Christmas eve and it might just start world war 3 , me pulling out the heads, cracking them open a measuring the rollers. I'll see what I can to do today

On a different note I highly doubt that they are overly worn. And all of my heads are used so I'm not so sure about getting a measurement ,since we don't have a new one to base it off of.

I don't think you can change just the rollers, you have to change the entire rocker arm. Unless(just got the idea, maybe stupid one) you want to put slightly bigger rollers instead doing a cam job...

Well I'm getting ready to drop the RRM cam in (t-belt coming up really soon, perfect timing... Pun!) but because the specs were kept under wraps I'm getting it read to find the duration (to avoid the "what kind of cam?" - "derr its duh stage 2" coversations lol). BUT the machine shop I'm using said they could read it in a snap, but to do it accurately I need those diameters.

Lanzer, if you could take a peek for me - when you can, dont spoil christmas! - I'd owe you a massive amount of *** kissing

And to hopefully make people more comfortable on such a topic, because I know a lot of people are touchy on the the RRM R&D (props to them), but getting the camshaft read is for my own personal knowledge. I am by no means planning on blabbing and sharing their specs. Ultimately I'd feel much more comfortable, in regards to the installation and with my future tuning, by knowing what I'm putting in to my engine.

RRM told me the guys who they contracted the cam to went under and that the specs went with them, so finding the manufacturer specs is out if the question, which means I need to find out on my own regardless.

Lanzer, if you're still planning to come over here to do your timing belt, bring the rollers (or a whole head) with you. I have a set of micrometers that I could measure them with. Mics are more accurate than a caliper.

Aaah thanks guys, I was beginning to wonder.

Most people I know don't have micrometers, caliper was the next best thing haha. If you have a micrometer then by far, please use that instead.

I had someone lined up to take measurements with a micrometer on their spare parts, but never heard back.

The camshaft that I have is a stage 2 (well out of production before the street performer) - they could have other reasons for discontinuing the product as a whole.

Huh. Guess I should go back and dig through my PMs.

If I have an opportunity to, I'll get the measurements via micrometer, even if it's after you get some from calipers.
