B&M Short Shifter
Just in case it wasn't covered above, all Lancer shifters are the same (ES shifter will fit in an Evo, etc.). I have an TWM Evo shifter in my 04 ES 
The only thing is the adjustable ones need some cutting in the base, and the EVO and Ralliart need a replacement part (top of the center pivot ball). It's welded behind the washer that holds your boot up below the knob. The OZs and ESs don't have that problem so the part is reuseable. The part is like $5 anyways.

Okay I went and picked up the part from mitsubishi it was $21.25 with tax in Ca. I got the new shifter on and it feels great, I cant think its possible to make it any shorter this one works great for me.
