i was doing some research between 4g69, 4g63, and the 4b11t valve components, and i was able to find alot of the measurements for the three heads. first off the 4g69: valve head diameter: intake- 34mm exhaust- 30.5mm valve head margin thickness: intake- 1.0mm exhaust- 1.2mm valve overall height: intake- 111.33mm exhaust- 113.54mm valve stem diameter: 6.0mm valve spring free height: intake- 54.8mm exhaust- 56.1mm valve guide inside diameter: 6.0mm i had to measure the stock 4g69 valve spring outside diameter and i got 7/8 of an inch(22.5mm)

4g63t: valve head diameter: intake- 34mm exhaust- 30.5 valve head margin thickness: intake- 1.0mm exhaust- 1.5mm valve overall height: intake- 109.5 exhaust- 109.7 valve stem diameter: 6.6mm valve spring free height: 47.0mm valve guide inside diameter: 6.6mm valve spring outside diameter: 1.100"(28mm)

4b11t: valve head diameter: intake- 35mm exhaust-29mm valve head margin thickness: intake- 1.022mm exhaust- 1.094mm valve overall height: intake-113.25 exhaust- 105.90mm valve stem diameter: intake-5.47mm exhaust-5.46mm valve spring free height: 51.5mm valve spring outside diameter: .990"(25.146mm)

at the moment i have all the parts for a 4g63 and i will be working with those parts to build my spare head for a future all motor then turbo build! hopefully this helps out anyone trying to build their head!
