Battery draining , alternator is good idk what to do

Since I had my car a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer ralliart 2.4l over 4 years , always had one fan working and the other not , on top of that just recently My car keeps draining my battery, this happens on and off , I’ve noticed my ac/blower fan will have power still going to it and I’m able to turn on my air inside the car while my key is out of ignition , also one of my cooling fans won’t turn on, when i start my car and the other does , I swapped the relay switch for the dash air , to see if that was the problem and it wasn’t , ive also ruled out it being the ignition switch . I’m thinking it has to be something with my fan control module ? Has anyone had a problem Simlar to this ? Watched a video on youtube about the same
problem with one fan not working but didn’t explain why my battery keeps draining and my ac has constant power to where I can turn on even when it’s comeplety off!!!!
please anything helps

I had a similar problem and had some electrical diagnostics run by a shop here in town who looked for things that were causing Battery Draw ... they confirmed that my PDC (power distribution center) has gone bad and that it needs replaced. Basically what happens is that when you shut the car off, the PDC is supposed to shut off too - which supplies power to the entire car for all the components (such as things like your windows, and stereo etc.) ... well, if your PDC goes bad it essentially never shuts off and immediately tries to drain the power from your battery.

Good luck finding one though - because I can't seem to find one anywhere.

I used to do mobile electronics installs. I have seen aftermarket electronics prevent the computers from going to sleep. If you have any aftermarket electronics installed (stereo, alarm, w/e) you should try unhooking it and see if that helps.
