I had that problem. Try to bend the hangers so that the exhaust away from the perches.

You can also alter your perches, as I had to (larger exhaust + larger perches = problem).

the muffler has 3 hangers I believe holding it in place you would have to bend them so that it moves whichever part of the exhaust is hitting the perches away far enough so this doesnt happen, I had to do the samething with my CAI because it was banging against the side of the engine compartment.

I have just recently installed both the axel back and the sway bar and perches and I'm having the same problem, as a quick fix I just stuck a piece of weather stripping on the side of the perch, but it will either melt or wear away quickly so when I figure out a fix I'll PM you, and if you've fixed it, PM me!

I had this problem too bud w/ my Ultimate Racing catback. My solution is more of a permanent one... I took my car to the muffler shop and had them modify the piping so it would not rub. They had to add an inch in length to push it away from the sway and bend it a little upwards and away from the perch. Its the best way to do it. Kinda sucks....but whatever...

I used zip ties and it worked really good, no banging, but the tip isnt in the center of the body cut out anymore.

So wait, are you guys saying if i get the RRM axel-back exhaust kit from them i'll have this problem? or is it only if i get both the axel back and the perches that they'll run into each other?

You can try to get some thermal wrap to go around the sway bar. That should withstand the heat from the exhaust piping better. I was gonna do this myself because I had the same issue with my 02. My catback actually sits right on top of the Progress sway bar if I have it installed...
