Has anyone been to a decent tuner shop in Wisconsin? If so, who, and if not-where would the closest good shop be? Thanks!

I don't think anyone's tuning Ralliarts around here. If you had an EVO, I'd refer you to Automotosports, down in the northern Chicago suburbs.
