Thanks Guys.Its now at the Shop and they said its Gonna be about a week and that the damage as far as they can tell is around 4k.They are also gonna buff out the Orange peel on the rest of the car for me.I got a Rental car out of it until the RA is Fixed.I am glad nothing worse happened.

 

Why bother with a rental when you've got a sweet DSM?

 

The DSM's probably broken.

Mine is. All three of my DSMs died this year. I sold two of them, kept the one that I can fix.

Yeah My Talon is in FL waiting on me to pic it up and install new pistons.I am in Philly now.So theres that problem.

Actually my rental was a DSM... infact it was a lancer... lol come to think of it, i went from oz to es... (so glad i got oz!!!)

Yeah I know.. I am stuck with a convertible Sebring for the next week or 2.. Thing wont move out of its own way.. But atleast its a convertible right? I miss my RA!!! I am trying to talk the Insurance Company into Buying that body Kit from Accolade for me.. IT will be a Cheaper Route for them.. and the shop its at specializes in custom work.. Hopefully it will work.. then I will get a body kit out of it..

 

I would cry too if i crash my car. Ha even if I was as big as Mike Tyson I would cry. Look at the bright side your car isn't totaled, and thank God your still alive and walking. Heh good idea about the body kit. Just a little warning, I think your insurance will get higher if you install a body kit and + a little more because of the accident. (Just in case you didn't know)

 

I am aware of that.I am taking a defensive drivers course so it wont go up due to the Accident.However the body kit will but I am willing to pay extra for something nice this way if it does happen again I get another kit.I spoke with the Body shop today and they aid that the insurance Company most likely wont care,The body shop is gonna break down the cost of each part I need and from there let me know if its gonna be cheaper to go with the kit.The kit and hood is 1150.. I figure my parts from Japan will be atleast about 500 more give or take.. Thats being reasonable.The body shop is siding with me on the kit thing.. They like the Idea.

YEah it did but I get it back this weekend possibly Early next week.Just waiting on the hood and the Headlight.Thanks.No body kit,Just OEM.But I am not Complaining because Ifinally get my baby back.
