How to drain windsheild fluid using pump?

In the book it says to drain the summer windsheild washer fluid by operating the pump. Where and how do I use the pump? I DONT SEE A PUMP!

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they just mean run the washers, ie from the stick on your steering column

they mean just spray the fluid out the hood nozzles until it's empty. time consuming and messy. you can get a siphon from ace for like 5 bucks and get it out easier and faster.
