My beautiful car!

Is not beautiful anymore. I rear ended someone. It could have been MUCH, MUCH worse. The bumper and hood are damaged, the frame that the hood latch is attached to is bent backwards (probably from the hood pulling it back).
That is all I could see. Not sure about the bumper beam though, i'm guessing it is bent as well, I hit the guy decently hard. It was my neighbor actually, he works at the same place as me and it's a long story.

That really sucks.

Looks like it's time for a CF hood and a body kit.

The people on the other board said the same thing. It doesn't look bad because the bumper didn't crack, but bumper was pushed almost to the radiator (well, far enough that the edge of the hood hit the other car's bumper). But then it bounced back out, looks ok, but i'm sure the beam behind the bumper is bent to hell, the hood it bend up (look at the top edge of the headlights, it has lifted up). The pictures are ****ty too. Anyway, whether or not it was that bad, i'm out a bumper and hood, at least. Those bumpers are NOT cheap, probably a grand per bumper (mine and his). Insurance is nice though...

At least you get an excuse to try out a new bumper and hood. I don't particually care for the stock bumper and grill. I'm just too cheap to buy something new when what I have already is in perfectly fine working order.

Ive been in 2 accidents so far. One front collision and one minor rear end. Bumper cost me 446.67 and the Air deflector ( i guess bodykit portion ) cost 436.45. Headlights are 258 if you need new ones.. The guy said that the parts for this car were really high priced compared to others.

Yup, i'm glad my headlights are fine. But all I pay is 500 dollars deductible. I'm just worried the car won't be PERFECT after the repairs. This is a 5 month old car, it better be back to being PERFECT. Basically they replace the bumper and hood, but that bent beam worries me, I hope they do it right
