Finally got pics of my problem *plese look*

and

when i barley tap these pieces with my hand , they rattle like if theres a screw loose or rocks inside. its really anooying cause when i go over a speed bump i can hear the rattling and when i shift from 1st to 2nd to 3rd , i can hear like a sizzling sounds of like rocks moving around cause of vibration. My mods on my car is a RRM axle back exaust and RRM CAI (witch road race installed both for me) Im going to take in my car to the delership on monday . but i can bet 1000$ there going to blaim it on my exaust , and give me the run around about my warrenty , and since im a newb and roadrace installed the parts , i cant take off the exaust and put the stock one back on and take it to the delership , cause i dunno how 2 do it

Sorry I don't have a RA, but if it has a close-coupled cat, I'll bet that rattling you hear is actually bits of the cat that has broken off. You should have them inspect the cat. If it's clogged up, or melted, it should be under warranty, despite the axle back.

Maybe it's the heat shield shown in the second picture? This is just a guess from the pictures.

ofcourse the dealership is going to say that it is your exhaust. cause guess what...it is your exhaust making the noize. don't go to the dealership go to road race or contact the vendor that sold you the exhaust or talk to the maker of the exhaust. they might replace it under warranty. goodluck.

but my exaust isnt a cat back , only axle back , i watch road race install it and the axle back is only like half the piping , it dosent go all the way to the parts that going bad. so the parts that are making noise is the orignal pipeing , idunno how to explain it but hmm
* o and its not my exaust bouncing around , road race fixed that problem with putting some rubber to stop the exaust from moving , but when they did that , thats when ROCK slapped the exaust with his hand and pointed out that i have a rattle under my car

The problem is not related to your axleback, and don't let the dealership tell you otherwise. There is something wrong with your car that should be covered by warranty, axleback or not.

Do not take that to the dealer. You'll get screwed. At the very least they will charge you for labor, so you might as well take it back to RRM because they'll probably charge you labor too, but at least they won't void your warranty.

Also, taking the axle back exhaust off is not hard. I know it sounds scary when you've never done it, but it's really not. Just some bolts and hangers.

if there is a rattle in the flexpipe, then you have probs that originated somewhere between the cylinders and the flexpipe. You didnt mod that part. Air flows from front to back. you dont have any vavle blockage or anything, so the CAI didnt do it. Nothing went 'backwards' 1/2 way up the exhaust, so its not the axleback. The dealer should have to fix it.

Go give them s**t! Otter is right man....dealerships are taking this aftermarket thing to far now....they're starting to act retarded!

Whats next "Oh, that 94 octane gas you've been using has caused your lower ball joint to seize up! We recommend next time you stick to what the recommeded octane is....."

Thats a stretch I know...but its getting dumb!

My friend once had rattling from his heatshield because small rocks had somehow found their way between the cracks. it's a stretch that this could be your problem...but just a thought. good luck.
