Hey guys i got a question for ya. I bought a part from a guy off of ebay on october 18th. I wanted to pay by paypal but he wanted me to mail it to him so it would get to him by that saturday so he could take his car to the track, at least thats what he said. i told him that i would try and get it there by then, but of course it didn't. I got a message from him the next tuesday the 26th saying he got it yesterday( the 25th) and said he would be sending it out asap and would provide me with a traking number. As of the 31st i still didn't have one and emailed him. He emailed me back on the 1st saying that he had completely forgotten about it cause he had been busy with the elections and said he would again sent it out the next day. Well today is the 4th and still nothing. It either takes him FOREVER to respond to emails i send him or he just flat out doesn't respond. I have emailed him everyday except the 30th since the 26th and his replys have come on the 26th and then he didn't even reply till the 1st. Help guys, what do i do with theis deadbeat.

i just wish i knew someone in cali, and its not like its some $20 intake. Its a turbocharger he is screwing me out of just to let you guys know.

i mailed a cashiers check, which i still have the receipth for with his name on it. I also did delivery confrimation, so i know he has my money for a fact

Call the local police and ask to speak with a detective. SOME ( not all ) but some places will pay him a visit if you have proof. I know the guys I work with have done it. Maybe fax them that sheet.

 

ok i sent him one more message saying if i did not have a tracking number by 6 i was going to notify the local authorities. i posted the pics so you guys would believe me and to show that he has now had my money for a week plus without even shipping it out.
