My sister just got an xm unit installed through a best buy. The install itself is ok..just the location sucks. I was wondering if those of you who have xm/sirius could post some pics of where you installed your xm/sirius unit in your ralliart...cuz if its in a crappy location, I wouldn't want best buy to do it. Im not sure if i could do it myself either...and i have the sun and sound package, so i have no direct inputs...so that means that i would have to go through a fm channel...so id lose alot of quality..but whatever...just bring on the pics! I appreciate it! thanks!

 

I don't have it, but two places that come to mind is underneath one of the front seats, or attached to the back of the rear seats.

 

sup! i got an xm satellite also for ma RA and i had best buy install it for me. i will take pics tomorrow 11/26/04 because it's to late and dark out right now.


i have mine installed on top of my ash tray under my radio. so, if you aren't a smoker then i would suggest mounting the xm on your ash tray. good luck deciding where to put it and like i said, i'll take pics tomorrow when it's light out of my setup.

Oops, I thought you were talking about the XM tuner box. Wouldn't do much good to mount the controller under the seat now would it.
