nope, they only offered an auto version. I think they only released 1500 of the RA sportbacks too....very rare!

The Sportback was actually the first RA I test drove. They didn't have an auto sedan at the first dealer I went to, so they offered to let me drive a Sportback instead. So I guess you could say that I fell in love with the RA thru the Sportback!

Ahhh...memories...

I got an Ion Blue Ralliart Sportwagon...It is a sweet ride and it got a ton of space to move things...It would have been nicer if it came 5 stick, but for its intended use the auto is ok (to go to work and to MTB and road bike races). They still make it on Japan (previously it was called Cedia wagon, now Lancer Sportwagon like it the USA)...so mitsu can make them available again in the USA if the demand and the market for a wagon like it grow. I saw one wagon in a japanese site with a ROAR aero kit ( http://www.roar.co.jp/lancer_wagon/index.html )....I WANT ONE!!!!

If you like to look at my ride....

Never seen a sportback in that color? I was never a fan of the wagon anyways...

I love the skyblue color, if they offered it for the RA, I would have bought it. The front on the wagon looks sweet, and I like the wagon, but im a young guy that drives alone or with my gf, so Id have no use for the extra space.
