I'm doing a project for my Business and Finance class and i'm "making" Carbon Fiber Canards... I was just wondering, if i sold them for 30$ each plus shipping how many of you guys would be interested in purchasing them...? O yea the thickness of the Carbon fiber is about 5 mm. This poll is open to anyone.

O yea, anyone know if special tools are needed to cut Carbon fiber?

I personally think they look like ***. Unless you have a good body kit on the car, nice set of rims, lowered, they just do not look right. Its similar to aluminum spoilers, they (believe it or not) dont look half bad if they have the right body components to accompany them. Like how you see people in bone stock corollas or 85 camrys with them on. Splitters are the same thing.

 

Well this is hypothetically speaking... because i need to get this project done asap. It's for school not for real life, and manufacturing canards take little effort and materials if i buy sheet Carbonfiber and gloss paint/etc (nutz/bolts). So please consider this poll... i just need the information for my project...

Hmm, is this assuming that we are already in the market for those.... i.e., youre not asking us "Would you buy this product for this much if you had the chance", you're asking us "Do you think this is a good price for this product", correct? In either case, I am not interested really, but I think it's a fair price.

And.... can't you just make up the stats? ;-)

 

i agree that they wouldn't look good on stock body, but with the right body kit they would probably look hot

After seeing a few picz with them on the "right" body kit, I think they look a little too flashy. I'll pass on them.

 

Yea looks like i'm gonna have to make up stats.. because if this poll shows that there are little interested in the item i'd have to redo the whole beginning half of the project, and there's no way in hell i'm doing that...

never liked the add-on ones. some body kits have them built in. they look nice then. otherwise they look kinda silly
