Here's a product that wasn't mentionned...

Try Phillips BlueVision. I paid 25CAN$ (about 20US$) a pair at Walmart and they're as bright as the Sylvania Silverstars (maybe a bit more). And don't be confused by the name, they don't come out blue. They just tinted the glass a bit to correct for the usual yellowish tint of halogen bulbs. Just like Silverstars, the output is about 15-20% higher, so even with the blue filter, the light beam is much more intense than the stockers (GE craps)...

i just got the silverstar 9007's and h3's and installed this afternoon... installation for the 9007s was very easy... the foglights are a major pain though... the stupid pop rivets on our car can be a pain... esp if there is sand in them... it took me about an hour to do the fogs...

the real test will be tonight... i cant wait...

The silverstar fogs help, but the headlights make the biggest difference.

I put Silvers in my car today; strange byproduct. My left turn signal is blinking at about twice the normal rate. Any idea how to fix this?

The blue tint actually robs some output.

On cheaper bulbs it does. The Silverstar uses a more efficient fillament. I had a stock bulb on the left side, and a new one on the right side. Believe me, it was much brighter.

I did the silverstars, they are noticably brighter than stock, but they are still halogen. Which means you dont get that white light like you do with xenon. Personally I like the hyperwhite look.. the silverstars let me down as I thought they would be whiter. But I've already spent the $90 for them so I guess I'll stick with them..

Do u have LED bulbs as ur blinkers? if yes, then u need resistors...and it should have nothing to do with the headlights.

And i got CATz Galaxy bulbs. They are whiter than silverstar and hmm..i couldnt tell the difference in brightness..i guess they should be about the same. (i was comparing my catz on my ES with silverstars on my friend's civic...) and Cool Blue by Slyvania is more yellowish comparing to Slyvania Silverstar.
