help quick.

does any one recall where the best place to drill a hole through the firewall in order to put a power cable through??? legit replies please.

when i bought my car there was a system in it b4, so when we were wiring the new system we found an out of place screw in the firewall between the passenger seat about 3 inches under the dash... so we took the screw out and ran it through there... it cant be that foolish.. the mitsu dealership was the one who wired the 1st system initially... i hope that helps

I was able to drill on the driver's side, below where the clutch pedal bottoms out. There's nothing on the other side at this point, but double check before you drill!

yeah i saw that too otter.. thanks. and i saw the rubber covering on the passenger side under the glove box area.

you mean where the "pivot" point is for the clutch or the part that the back of the pedal touchs when it hits bottom?

Just below where the pad bottoms out, but that whole area in general seems pretty clear of stuff. There are some brake lines nearby, so watch out for those.
